JEMPSONS / WRAXALLS GOLF CHALLENGE

Jempsons directors Tom Meyer & Mark Chamberlain have been challenged to a Golf match against John “The Hacker” and Anthony “The Hustler” (H & H) from their customer Wraxalls. Mark Chamberlain the winner of the recent Transport Association golf championship at Gleneagles was confident of a victory and places a £100 wager with Nigel Wraxall.
Nigel has given John and Anthony every Friday off until the event, quote “they must practice until their knuckles bleed” “If they lose they lose their jobs”.
The event at Rye’s challenging links course has brought many a scratch player to tears. A comment from a long time member feels anybody who has not played this course is seriously disadvantaged and puts his money with Jempsons.
Rye’s Golf club strict dress code of Tie and Jacket in the club house and shorts with long sock on the course adds to the pressure H & H are already under as they will have to take more time off work deciding and purchasing what attire is required on the day.

CPC DRIVER TRAINING

SNOW DEFIANT

This recent bout of snow has not deterred Jempsons from making customers deliveries and collections. Despite 4 inches of Snow on 11 the February all Jempsons Palletforce employees managed to make it into work. Night trunk vehicles slightly delayed but all deliveries are out as normal.
LETS DO BUSINESS

Jempsons had a display at the "Lets do business" show in Hastings on 12th November 2009. There were over 120 companies displaying their wares, ranging from financial advice to transport specialists. Jempsons PALLETFORCE Director Tom Meyer said "It was a fantastic day! It was nice to see so many customers face to face, and the opportunity to see what other people are doing out there and network with them is priceless"
